The contents determine the material of the packaging. For this we have a wide range of aluminium, PA / PE film, polyester, paper, VCI, Intercept or high barrier composite and laminated materials, which we can use when necessary.

Aluminium film
They are thermowelded complexes that include an aluminium film (AL) with PE and Polyester (PET). Each element has a specific function: the aluminium ensures the watertight, prevents the penetration of water vapour and the migration of aromas; PE facilitates sealing and the polyester provides mechanical resistance. This composition makes these films a very safe option that also offers a barrier against UV.

Plastics / Polythyrene (PE)
Polyethylene in its variants, known for its abbreviations PE, LDPE, HDPE, etc. is normally used for the manufacture of bags. Easy to solder by heat or impulse, it is flexible, perforable, transparent, radiation-sterilizable and 100% recyclable.
Polypropylene also known as PA, OPP, etc. is a very bright and transparent film with similar features to PEit also offers good barriers to water vapour, aromas and odors.
PE Metallized
Metallization of PET makes it opaque and bright, associated with a polyethylene (EP) is a resistant film (PETmet / PE) which is an efficient barrier to gases and humidity.
