SERIE 350 DSM / Continuous-band Sealing for polyethylene film
The range of Sealants continuous Polystar ® 350 DSM series offers a fast, hermetic and waterproof packaging for polyethylene bags up to 0.60 mm thick. With speeds reaching between 5 and 10 m / min, these Sealants They have permanent heating and self-adjustable cooling rails that guarantee a uniform 4 mm wide joint.
From 150 g light bags in the standard model to 500 g self-contained transport bags in the TE version, the Polystar ® sealant line also allows to process loads up to 25 kg by integrating with conveyor belts.
SERIE 350 DSM-TE / Continuous-band Sealing for polyethylene film
Sealing simple management that does not require training, it turns on, it adjusts the temperature and, after a short heating, is ready to work. The machine grabs the bag, automatically transports it through the heating and cooling zone operated by springs, and seals it.
It reaches speeds of 5.5 to 10m / min and is ideal for sealing on-line polyethylene bags up to 2 x 0.30 mm thick, protecting them from dirt and water.
This sealant carries bags of up to 500 g without additional support, includes a 4 mm seam standard and is suitable for sealing bags in vertical position, with a right to left direction. It is recommended to leave at least 50 mm between the content and the edge of the bag.
SERIE 400 DSM / Continuous hot-rolled rotary sealant for laminates
The continuous rotating polystar sealant 400 DSM is the ideal solution for the continuous and hermetic closure of bags and bags of laminated materials (paper or aluminium). Designed for intensive and continuous use, it does not require prior training: it is enough to enter the bag on the right side for automatic transport and sealing, fast and protected from air and dirt.
This sealant is perfect for vertical closing of bags up to 500 g without additional support (it requires at least 50 mm free between the content and the edge). It stands out for its robust concentration, its permanent heating with spring cooling area and a high-strength 12 mm curling seam.
